摘 要:目的 研究心脑宁片对D-半乳糖致小鼠亚急性衰老模型脑组织形态的影响.方法 取体重18~21 g小鼠72只(雌雄各半),随机分为6组,各12只(雌雄各半),其中5组造D-半乳糖亚急性衰老模型.取脑组织用福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,切片,HE染色,光镜观察脑组织形态的变化.结果 造模成功,与模型组相比,大、中剂量心脑宁组可显著改善D-半乳糖致小鼠亚急性衰老模型脑神经细胞组织形态(P<0.01),小剂量心脑宁组和脑安片组仅有改善脑神经细胞组织形态的趋势.结论 心脑宁片有改善脑组织形态的作用.Objective To study the influence of Xinnaoning Tablets on the brain histomorphology in D-galactose induced subacute aging mouse model.Methods Seventy-two mice weighted 18-21 g,male and female in half,were randomly divided into 6 groups,12 cases in each group (male and female in half),among which 5 groups were made the D-galactose subacute aging model.The brain tissue was taken for formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded,sections,HE staining and light microscopy for observing the brain histomorphology changes.Results The model was successfully constructed.Compared with the model group,the large and middle dose Xinnaoning groups could significantly improve the histomorphology of nerve cells in the D-galactose induced subacute aging model(P < 0.01),the small dose Xinnaoning group and the Naoan Tablets group only had the trend to improve the histomorphology of the cerebral nerve cells.Conclusion Xinnaoning Tablets have effect on improving the brain histomorphology.
