摘　　要：目的 建立测定降粘胶囊中大黄素含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.2％磷酸（80∶20）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,进样量为10 μL,柱温为30℃.结果 大黄素质量浓度在4.3～215 μg/mL（r =0.999 8）范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.72％（RSD=1.59％）.结论 该方法简便、准确,结果稳定,可为降粘胶囊的质量评价提供依据.Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for determining the emodin content in Jiangnian Capsules.Methods The Phenomenex C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted.The mobile phase was methanol0.2％ phosphoric acid（80∶20） and the detecting wavelength was 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of emodin was 4.3-215 μg/mL（r =0.999 8）,the average recovery rate was 99.72％ （RSD =1.59％）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with stable results,which can provide basis for the quality evaluation of Jiangnian Capsules.
