复方甘草酸苷序贯疗法治疗寻常型银屑病的最小成本分析

摘　　要：目的评价复方甘草酸苷2种方案治疗寻常型银屑病的药物经济学效果。方法92例寻常型银屑病患者分别应用复方甘草酸苷序贯疗法(治疗组)、单纯注射复方甘草酸苷(对照组)治疗,观察疗效及不良反应,并对2种方案采用药物经济学中最小成本分析法进行分析。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为89.13%,86.96%,不良反应发生率均为4.35%,成本分别为544.5元和801.0元。结论复方甘草酸苷序贯疗法是治疗寻常型银屑病的较佳方案。Objective To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic efficacies of two therapeutic schemes of compoud glycyrrhizin in treating psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Ninety-two patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into 2 groups and given the sequential therapy of compoud glycyrrhizin （treatment group） and only compoud glycyrrhizin by injection （control group） respectively.The therapeutic efficacy and the adverse reactions were observed.The two treatment schemes were analyzed by the least cost analytic method in the pharmacoeconomy.Results The effective rate of 2 schemes was 89.13％ and 86.96％ respectively,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was 4.35％.The costs of the treatment group and the control group were 544.5 RMB and 801 RMB respectively.Conclusion The sequential therapy of compoud glycyrrhizin is a better scheme in treating of psoriasis vulgaris.
