肺结核并呼吸衰竭患者营养状况与T淋巴细胞亚群的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨营养状况对肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者T淋巴细胞亚群分布的影响。方法随机选取82例肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者,依据营养不良评分分为A组(营养不良评分≥3)和B组(营养不良评分<3),利用流式细胞仪进行CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8、CD+8测定,分析两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群分布的区别。结果 A组CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8比值均低于B组(P<0.05),而CD+8无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的营养状况影响其T淋巴细胞亚群的分布,营养不良导致患者细胞免疫功能受损。Objective To investigate the relationship between nutritional status and T lymphocyte subsets distribution in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 82 pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with respirato- ry failure were divided into two groups based on their nutritional status. The malnutrition score of patients in the group A was more than or equal to 3, and the score was less than 3 in the group B. The distribution of T lymphocyte subsets was detected by flow cytometer. Results The levers of CD＋, CD4＋ , and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio were obviously lower in the group A than in the group B （P 〈0.05）, while the level of CDs＋ showed no significant change between the two groups （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The distribution of T lymphocyte subsets is close- ly related with nutritional status in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure, and malnutrition can affect the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets and decrease their immune function.
