摘 要:目的研究各种肺病患者血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的测定意义。方法对55例肺癌、30例肺结核病、45例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)、35例肺结节病、50例肺炎、30例肺心病、38例尘肺病和50例健康对照组进行血浆血管紧张素转换酶测定,并进行统计学分析。结果肺结节病和结核病组ACE显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),慢性阻塞性肺病和肺癌组ACE显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),肺结节病显著高于肺结核病组(P<0.01),肺癌患者组显著低于慢性阻塞性肺病组(P<0.05)。结论血管紧张素转换酶对各种肺病的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective To study the diagnosis value of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) in different lung diseases. Methods The level of ACE was detected in 55 patients with lung cancer, 30 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 45 patients with chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease (COPD), 35 patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis, 50 patients with pneumonia, 30 patients with pulmonary heart disease, 38 patients with pneumoconiosis and 50 healthy controls. Results The level of ACE was significantly higher in the pulmo- nary sarcoidosis and tuberculosis group than in the control group, and it was lower in the COPD and lung cancer group than in normal con- trois (P 〈 0. 01 ). The level of ACE was significantly higher in patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis than in patients with pulmonary tuber- culosis, and it was also significant higher in patients with COPD than in patients with lung cancer. Conclusion ACE plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis among patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis, tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary dis- ease and lung cancer.
