摘　　要：高校学生公寓是大学生日常生活和学习的重要场所,也是课堂之外大学生思想政治教育和素质教育的重要阵地,但是当今大学生公寓管理存在着诸多问题。文章对当今高校大学生公寓管理存在的问题进行分析,找出原因,探索提高高校学生公寓管理水平,找到一套适合当前高校大学生公寓管理的对策。Dormitory as an important place for college stutents to live and study, is a key posi-tion for the ideologicaland political education as well as all-round capacity training out of class. However there still exist many problems in the dorm management to be overcome. Through detailed analysis on the obstacles and their sticking point, an advanced dorm administrative mode for the improvement of dorm management is proposed , providing references for the Chi-nese college dorm management.
