摘　　要：目的检测Toll样受体9(toll-like receptor 9,TLR9)在儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎及正常鼻黏膜组织中的表达,并探讨其在儿童鼻-鼻窦炎发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化和免疫荧光共聚焦显微镜的方法检测12例儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻黏膜组织(病变组)中TLR9蛋白的表达和分布,选取12例下鼻甲黏膜组织(正常组)进行对照,比较两组间TLR9表达程度的差异。结果①TLR9在正常组及病变组中均有表达,主要分布在黏膜下层、腺体周;②TLR9在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻黏膜组织低表达,与正常组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TLR9在儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎中的低表达,提示儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的发病与TLR9介导的先天免疫失调存在着一定的关联。Objective To detect the differential expression of toll like receptor 9 （TLR9） in chronic rhinosinusitis and normal nasal mucosa tissues in children and explore its role in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods Immunohisto-chemistry and immunofluorescence confocal technique were used to detect the expression and distribution of TLR9 in chronic rhinosinusitis tissues （n= 12） and normal nasal rnucosa tissues （n=12）. Results ①TLR9 was mainly expressed in the submucosal layer around the glands in both chronic rhinosinusitis and normal nasal mucosa tissues. ②The expression of TLR9 was significantly decreased in chronic rhinosinusitis tissues when compared with normal nasal mucosa tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusiou The low expression of TLR9 in chronic rhinosinusitis tissues suggests that the occurrance of chronic rhinosinusitis in children is associated with TLR9 mediated innate immune disorder.
