摘  要:社会产业发展催生新兴专业。由于划归依据不同,高校出现了多学科专业并存二级学院。二级学院多学科教学管理目前存在跨学科课程体系建设难、教师结构不合理、实践教学形式单一、管理制度缺失等问题,我们必须研究多学科教学特点和规律,构建多学科融合课程体系,培养复合型教师,创新实践教学平台,制定多学科教学管理制度,为培养创新性复合型人才服务。With the development of society, many new specialties have arisen in universities. Based on different classification standards, it is a popular practice that the secondary colleges have multidisciplinary specialties. As a new type of college, many problems come into being, such as the difficulties in construction of interdisciplinary curriculum system, irrational structure in teaching staff, relatively unitary practical teaching form and lack of management system. Therefore, we need a further study on such kind of secondary colleges and define the teaching characteristics and rules of teaching management, thus leading to the establishment of a mixed curriculum system, training teachers to be compound teachers, innovating the platform for teaching practice and helping to cultivate innovative and compound talents.
