浙中西部民间乐队现状及其发展策略

摘　　要：当下民间乐队在农村乡镇迅速兴起,顺应了民众多元文化的需求,提供了民众参与的文艺渠道。浙中西部民间乐队基本上存在着自娱自乐型、艺术修养型、盈利创收型几种类型,它们对传统音乐既有传承又有变化发展,同时面临着青黄不接、资金匮乏、活动单一等问题,应当采取政府企业共同关注、财力才力共同扶持、多种途径搭建平台等发展策略,扶持浙中西部民间乐队良性发展,真正发挥民间力量在公共文化服务中的作用。Nowadays the rapidly developing folk bands in countries and towns meet people＇s need of multiculturalism and provide literary channel for them to participate in. There are several types of folk bands in middle-western Zhejiang, such as self-recreation, artistic culture and profit earning, which not only inherit and develop the traditional music, but also face the problems of temporary shortage in types, capital scarcity and monotonous activity. Therefore, the development strategies, including drawing attention from both government and enterprises, getting support in both finance and talents, building platforms through various means should be adopted so as to assist good development of folk bands in middle-western Zhejiang and give the folk strength to full play in public culture service.
