摘 要:【目的】观察应用模块扫描式激光治疗重度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变后对黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度的影响。【方法】选取2012年2月至2013年1月本院收治的经眼底荧光血管造影检查确诊为重度非增殖性患者39例(45只眼),采用模块扫描式激光进行全视网膜光凝治疗,并一次完成。所有患者在治疗后6个月进行随访,应用光学相干断层扫描检查,比较光凝前后黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度的变化。【结果】模块扫描式激光一次完成全视网膜光凝术后,黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度较术前无明显变化。【结论】对重度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者行模块扫描式激光治疗,对黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度无明显影响。[Objective]To observe the effect of pattern scan laser photocoagulation for the treatment of patients with severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy on retina thickness in central fovea of macula. [Metbods] A total of 39 patients(45 eyes) with severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy confirmed by fundus fluorescein angiography from Feb. 2012 to Jan. 2013 in our hospital were selected. Pattern scan laser photocoagulation was performed and completed in one time. All patients were followed up 6 months after treatment. Optical coherence tomography was performed. Retina thickness in central fovea of macula before and after laser photocoagulation was compared. [Results] Compared with before operation, retina thickness in central fovea of macula had no obvious change after one-time pattern scan laser photocoagulation. [Conclusion]Pattern scan laser photocoagulation for the treatment of patients with severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy has no obvious effect on retina thickness in central fovea of macula.
