疝囊套扎在腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用

摘　　要：【目的】总结疝囊套扎在腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）的临床应用体会和经验。【方法】入住本院的腹股沟斜疝患者114例，其中56例采用腹腔镜全腹膜外疝囊横断后套扎（A组），58例采用腹腔镜全腹膜外疝囊结扎后横断丝线结扎（B组）。观察两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间和并发症等指标。【结果】A组手术时间显著短于B组（P〈0．01），两组术中出血量和术后阴囊血肿比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05），均无复发病例。【结论】疝囊套扎的TEP操作安全易行，效果好，能减少手术时间，降低手术难度。[Objective]To summarize the experience of clinical application of ligation on hernia sac with snare in laparoscopie total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair（TEP）. [Methods] Totally 114 patients with inguinal hernia admitted in our hospital underwent ligation on hernia sac with snare in TEP（group A, n = 56）and ligation on hernia sac with silk thread （group B, n = 58）, respectively. Intraoperative blood loss volume, operation time, hospitalization time and complications were compared between two groups. [Results] The operation time in group A was markedly shorter than that in group B（ P 〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood operation time and the incidence of postoperative scrotal hematoma between two groups（ P 〉0.05）. No on recurred. [Conclusion] Ligation on hernia sac with snare in TEP is a safe, easy and effective, and can reduce the operation time and decrease the difficulty of surgical procedure.
