摘 要:高职院校协同科技创新中如何保护和规避知识产权,已日益成为创新活动中不同回避的事实,高职院校迫切需要提高对知识产权文化的教育和培育。本研究通过对29位与知识产权(IP)工作相关的企事业、政府部门及学术机构的实际参与IP工作的管理及技术人员、专家、学者等人的问卷调查,归纳、整理了评价知识产权实务型人才关键能力指标,并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定关键能力评价指标的各级指标权重。结果发现知识产权评估能力、知识产权诉讼能力、核心知识产权定位能力是评价知识产权实务型人才关键能力的三个重要因素。本研究结果能给高职院校科技协同创新中知识产权人才培养和企业在知识产权实务型人才评价、选用、培训时提供指导。In higher vocational colleges, how to protect and avoid intellectual property scientific and technological innovation has increasingly become an unavoidable problem. In fact, colleges urgently need to improve and develop the intellectual property culture education. Through rights under the higher vocational an questionnaire to 29 technical staff, experts or scholars, whose work are related to enterprises, governmemal departments and academic institutions, this paper sorts out the key ability evaluation of intellectual property practice talents index, and uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each evaluation index. The results found that the intellectual property assessment ability, intellectual property litigation ability, core intellectual property positioning capability are three important factors of the key ability evaluation practice of intellectual property talents. The results of this study could provide guidance in the practice of intellectual property talent selection, training for Vocational College of science and technology cooperation.
