临床护理路径在腹腔镜胃癌手术病人中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜下胃癌根治术病人围手术期的应用效果.方法：选取自2009年1月～2012年12月入住本院胃肠外科的符合腹腔镜手术指征的胃癌确诊病人54例,按入院单双日随机分为试验组29例和对照组25例,对照组采用整体护理模式进行护理,试验组采用以临床护理路径为指导的一线式护理模式.结果：试验组病人对住院相关知识的掌握程度、出院各自护能力评分、对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）,护理人员尤其是低年资的护士普遍认为路径的应用能够指导临床工作,提高了工作的满意度和自信心.结论：腹腔镜下胃癌根治术病人围手术期临床护理路径的应用有利于腹腔镜技术的顺利开展,提高了病人及医务人员对新技术开展相关知识的认识和掌握程度,提高了病人对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广应用.Objective：To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer patients in perioperative period. Methods ：54 patients with gastric cancer patients underwent laparoscopic operation syndrome diagnosed in our hospi- tal from January 2009 to December 2012 ,they were randomly divided into experimental group of 29 cases and control group 25 cases by single and double point, control group by hdistic nursing, the experiment group adopted the first nursing model in clinical nursing path as a guide. Results： The satisfaction of patients in experimental group of related knowledge, discharge their nursing ability score of nursing service, were higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, nursing personnel especially junior nursesgenerally believe that the path can be applied to guide the clinical work, improve work satisfaction and confidence. Conclusion ： The application of radical operation for gastric cancer patients in peri operation period of clinical nursing path for laparoscopy smoothly under laparoscopy, improve patient and medical staff understand the new technology to carry out the relevant knowledge and master degree, improve patient satisfaction with nurs- ing service, and it is worthy of clinical application.
