摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育路径表在产科优质护理服务中的应用效果.方法:将2012年在产科住院分娩的964名孕产妇,根据住院时间不同分为对照组398例(2012年1~6月)和观察组566例(2012年7~12月).对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组采用自行拟定的健康教育路径表对孕产妇进行健康教育.观察两组患者健康教育内容掌握情况,对护理工作满意度及自然分娩率.结果:观察组孕产妇健康教育内容的掌握程度、对护理工作满意度及自然分娩情况均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用健康教育路径表对住院孕产妇实施健康教育,能提高医疗护理质量,优化护理管理工作,有效改善健康教育效果.Objective :To investigate the application effect of health education pathway to high - quality nursing service of maternity de- partment. Methods :964 cases of pregnant/labored women admitted to hospital in 2012 were divided into control group (398 cases admitted from Januany to June) and observation group (566 cases admitted from July to December). The control group adopted routine health edu- cation, the observation group used health education pathway. Observed the content of health education for patients in the two groups of mastery, nurses the work degree of satisfaction and the natural birth rate. Results :The health education results, natural labor rate and sat- isfaction of observation group were improved. There were statistical significance in difference in two groups( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The application of health education pathway can significantly improve nursing service quality, administration and health education results.
