摘　　要：目的:贯彻落实卫生部关于开展护士岗位管理的指示精神,了解护士对岗位工作的认同度,有效推进岗位管理工作。方法:在试行岗位管理3个月后,对全院参与岗位管理的护士进行满意度调查。结果:大部分护士对岗位管理和方案设计表示认同、满意。结论:实施护士岗位管理能够充分调动护士积极性,稳定护理队伍,促进优质护理可持续发展。Objective：To implement nursing post management according to the guideline published by the ministry of health,know about the nurses＇ cognition of the posts and promote post management. Methods ： After the post management was put into used for 3 months, there was a investigation on the nurses＇ satisfaction with post management who are involved in it. Results： Most of the nurses were identi- fied and satisfied with the post management and the design. Conclusion： To implement nursing post management can mobilize the nurse＇s working enthusiasm and improve the stability of nursing team, thus promote the sustainable development of high quality nursing service.
