摘 要:生物除锰法能够高效地处理地下水中的Mn2+,通过在实验室进行除锰生物滤层的快速启动试验,研究分析了生物滤层在接种除锰细菌过程中营养物质的投加对滤层成熟的影响.研究发现,在接种除锰细菌后规律地对滤层进行营养的循环浸泡,并控制DO、pH、温度等条件,会比单纯接种细菌的滤层在成熟前期多出21%的去除率,滤层达到成熟所用时间也相应缩短.Fe2+对生物除锰效果有重要作用,在滤料成熟过程中如果进水不含亚铁离子,除锰细菌将无法有效去除二价锰离子,滤料无法成熟.The biological manganese removal method can efficiently remove Mn2+ in groundw- ater in the laboratory through biological filter bed fast start test. The paper makes a study and analysis of biological filter in inoculated manganese bacteria nutrient substances during cast of filter layer in mature rate. It is found that the study after vaccination and manganese bacteria to nutrition cycle soak the filter regularly controls DO, pH, temperature and other conditions are vaccinated more than simply bacterial filter in 21 % removal rates of early ma- ture, filter reach maturity time is correspondingly reduced. Fe2+ on the biological manganese removal efficiency has an important role in the filter during the maturation process. If water does not contain ferrous ions, manganese bacteria will not be effective in removing two va- lence manganese ions, and filter can not mature.
