摘  要:为研究不同负重对膝关节主要控制肌群产生的影响,本文运用表面肌电测试仪,对1名体育专业大学生进行了递增负荷的蹲起测试并对测得的表面肌电信号进行AEMG分析,结果显示:负重蹲起时随着负荷量的增加各肌肉平均肌电有逐步增大的趋势;无论在下蹲过程还是在起立过程中股四头肌均起主要作用,且当负重达到75%RM及以上时股四头肌肌电信号的增长尤为明显;负重蹲起是锻炼股四头肌最有效的手段之一.The study was aimed to investigate the electromyographic effect caused by knee main control muscle group on different loading. This paper used surface muscle electric test instrument and analyzed the AEMG of surface muscle signals produced by one undergraduate of institute of physical education for squat test under increasing load. The results showed that with the load increasing every muscle's AEMG had a gradually increasing trend. Whether squat process or up process, quadriceps femoris played a major role. When the load up to 75% RM or above, the AEMG of quadriceps femoris growth was particularly evident, and loaded squats were one of the most effective means to exercise the quadriceps femoris.
