摘 要:并网风电场输出功率的随机性与波动性给电力系统经济调度带来了严峻挑战,建立一个考虑旋转备用约束的含风电场电力系统短期经济调度模型.在自回归滑动平均模型的基础上得到风速的概率分布,结合风机出力和风速的对应关系,获得风电场出力的概率分布;基于该分布,在经济调度模型中加入一种基于风电实际出力低于计划出力的惩罚函数,并在约束条件中增加与风电实际出力大小有关的额外旋转备用容量约束;采用混合整数规划方法求解该经济调度模型.将模型应用于一个含风电场的10机算例系统计算分析,结果表明,该模型可以在保证系统可靠性要求的基础上,实现经济性最优的目标.The uncertain and intermittent nature of wind power has led to growing problem for the economic dispatch in integrating wind power of power systems. A short-term economic dispatch model considering the spinning reserve was presented in this paper. Firstly, the probability distribution of the wind power output was calculated based on the Auto Regressive Moving Average model and the relationship between the wind speed and the wind power output. Secondly, the penalty functions, when the real outputs of wind power less than the forecast ones, were included in the dispatch mode. The additional constrain of the spinning reserve based on the wind power real output was considered. Thirdly, the dispatch model was solved by the mixed integer programming. The model was applied on the 10-bus system with wind power integration. The resuits showed that the model can achieve optimal economic goals of the power system under the assurance of the system reliability.
