摘 要:提出一种基于故障行波方向的电缆-架空线混合线路自适应重合闸控制方法.通过在电缆与架空线连接点处安装行波传感器提取暂态电流行波方向信息,计算故障区段,如果故障在电缆上则断开重合闸出口压板,反之,则闭合重合闸出口压板.理论分析和仿真结果表明,该方法能识别混合线路连接点附近故障时的故障区段,无故障保护死区,可靠性高.A traveling wave direction based self-adaptive reclosure control method for cable-overhead mixed lines is proposed in this paper. The traveling wave transformer is installed on the connection point of overhead transmission lines and cable lines, and the transient current traveling wave signals with effective directional fault information can thus be measured to determine the faulted section. If the fault locates in the cable lines section, the reclosing devices are prohibited, otherwise, the reclosing devices should take action timely. The simulation results show that this method can realize the accurate fault section determination, which re-enables the once permitted reclosing function in mixed lines, and the fault occurred near the connection point can also be successfully identified with high reliability.
