对赛珍珠短篇小说作品的语料库检索分析——以《圣诞的早晨》为例

摘　　要：在诸多文学作品分析手段中,借助语料库检索工具分析作品的写作特色是一种较为新颖而客观的分析手段。词汇分析工具Range可用于分析文学作品的词汇难度,而语料库检索工具Antconc的主题词表、关键词表、语境共现和主题词分布图等相关功能可更好地分析小说作品的要素。对赛珍珠短篇小说《圣诞的早晨》的语料库分析结果显示,赛珍珠的该篇小说作品整体词汇难度不高,Antconc软件的词表功能可以推测小说的主要人物和故事情节,Antconc软件的语境共现功能有助于对小说的某一要素进行详尽分析。运用语料库分析文学作品,可为文学研究提供新的思路。Among the various approaches to literary analysis,corpus-based analysis is a relatively new and objective approach to analyze the features of literary works.Range,the program for vocabulary analysis,can be used to analyze the word difficulty of the text.Some basic functions provided by Antconc,such as word list,keyword list,concordance,concordance plot,can be used to analyze the major elements of the novel according to the results of the programs.A corpus-based analysis on Pearl Buck＇s short novel Christmas Day in the Morning shows that the vocabulary of this novel is not difficult and the corpus programs are greatly conducive in predicting the main characters and plots of a story and can be useful in analyzing aparticular element of a story.The application of corpus techniques to literary works can provide new insight into study of literature.
