摘　　要：原发性高血压被认为是当代最大规模的流行病及危害人类健康的主要原因之一,而肾脏作为其主要靶器官之一,常出现严重的损害而导致终末期肾病的发生。目前,对高血压肾损害,特别是早期损害认识不足,对其发病病机及治疗存在一定的误区。因此,重新认识和积极防治逆转高血压肾损害,正确判断预后,特别是早期进行干预治疗成为近年来中西医防治的重点。Essential hypertension is considered to be the greatest epidemic and one of the main causes of harm to human health and deaths, and kidney as its main target organ, often presents serious damage and develops end-stage renal disease. At present, we have insufficient understanding of hypertensive renal dam- age,especially early damage,so there are certain misunderstandings in its pathogenesis and treatment. There- fore, to recognize and take active prevention and treatment to reverse hypertensive renal damage, correct prog- nosis,especially early intervention have recently become the focuses nf the prevention and treatment of tradi- tional Chinese and western medicine.
