普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息型肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察临床中普米克令舒与万托林雾化吸入联合治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010年3月至2011年3月由单县中心医院儿科收治的100例小儿喘息型肺炎,按照入院的先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予普米克令舒与万托林雾化吸入联合治疗,用SPSS 19.0的统计学软件对两组临床治疗效果进行数据分析比较。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(92.0%vs 72.0%,P<0.05);观察组患者气喘消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间以及住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗的过程中均未出现不良反应。结论小儿喘息型肺炎给予普米克令舒与万托林雾化吸入联合治疗效果显著,可快速缓解患者的临床症状与体征,缩短治疗时间,安全性高,值得临床中应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pulmicort and ventolin inhalation as the treat- ment of children asthmatic pneumonia. Methods From March 2010 to March 2011,100 cases of asthmatic pneumonia in children admitted by Shanxian Central Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into con- trol group and observation group, each of 50 cases, according to the order of admission. The control group received conventional therapy,while the observation group were given pulmieort and ventolin inhalation on the basis of routine treatment. SPSSI9.0 statistical software was applied for data analysis of the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in nbservation group was significantly higher （92.0% vs 72.0% ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; asthma disappearance time, cough disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappearance time,asthma bcep disappearance time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）. No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both grnaps. Conclusion Pulmicort vcntnlin combined inhalation for asthmatic pneumonia in children has significant therapeutic effect, which can quickly relieve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and signs,shorten treatment time with high safety, thus is worthy of clinical application.
