摘　　要：文章在阐述加强高校大学生党员教育管理重要性的基础上,分析了广西地方高等医药院校大学生员教育管理工作现状,剖析存在的问题,提出充分考虑高等医药院校大学生党员的思想状况,以大学生党员的全面发展为导向,探索学生党员最关注的问题与思想政治教育契合点,增强教育管理实效;以科学发展观为指导,健全高校大学生党员的教育培养体系;完善高校大学生党员的管理双向考核机制,探索大学生党员教育管理体系并形成长效的运行机制,为高校大学党员教育管理工作提供了新思路。On the basis of explaining the importance of strengthening education and management of college student party members, this project analyzed the existing problems, proposed full consideration of the ideological position of the medical college student Patty members with the overall development of student party members to explore the issues of concerning with the most ideological and political education meeting points, and enhance the effectiveness of education management; with the scientific development concept as a guide, to make a sound system of education and training of college student Party members, improving the bi-appraisal management mechanism of college student party members, and explore the education management system of the college student Party members, forming a long-term operating mechanism to provide a new idea for the college student party members education and management.
