摘 要:针对当前大学生就业中普遍存在用人单位对大学生的某些基本职业能力不认可、大学生就业观念存在误区、职业指导教师对大学生就业的指导效果不尽如人意等问题,本研究对大学生、用人单位和职业指导教师进行问卷调查。调查结果显示:大学生、用人单位和职业指导教师对大学生就业能力培养的各个方面有较大认同感,提高大学生的就业能力需要企业等用人单位使自己的企业发展和大学生个人发展形成良性互动,大学生要转变就业观念主动投身实践锻炼,职业指导教师要尽早地全程指导大学生规划职业、合理就业。Currently, problems widely exist in college students' employment. For example, some employers are dissatisfied with the students' professional ability; some students are misled by wrong concepts on employment; and some instructors in charge of providing guidance for student employment fail to guide the students effectively. To solve these problems, a questionnaire survey was made among students, employers and instructors who are in charge of student employment guidance. The result showed that students, employers and instructors mostly agreed on how to develop student ability of employment. It was agreed that employers should try to realize a positive interaction between employer's development and student development, college students should change their old concepts on employment and actively to devote themselves to practice, and instructors should instruct students to plan their career throughout as early as possible to help them to be employed reasonably.
