摘　　要：通过对沃尔玛超市的"农超对接"模式进行具体研究,分析其在实施过程中的优越性,启示我们在"农超对接"发展过程要注意选择和培育好实施主体,对农业合作社进行全方位支持,完善物流配送体系,更好地促进农民、超市和消费者的三方效益共赢。By researching on the model of connecting of agriculture and supermarkets of WAL-MART and analysing its superiori-ties in the implementation process, it tells us that we should pay attention to choose and cultivate the good implementing body, provide overall support for the agrieuhural cooperative, improve the logistics distribution system, so as to better promote farmers, supermarkets and consumers tripartite win-win benefit.
