摘 要:以模拟酸性矿井废水为研究对象,分别用陶粒(3 ~5 mm与5~8 mm两种粒径范围)、竹炭(3~5 mm与5~8 mm两种粒径范围)、粉煤灰、煤渣等6种反应填料,根据自行设计的PRB反应器,通过pH值、COD值、硫酸根的测定,对酸性矿井水处理进行了实验室模拟研究.对反应填料进行了耐久性分析.研究结果表明:室温下反应160 h后,粉煤灰对pH值仍有较好的调节作用,对COD和硫酸根的去除效果可达50%以上;竹炭对硫酸根有较好的去除效果,最长可达6d;煤渣的处理能力相对较差,反应12 h后基本无处理效果.In this paper,six kinds of materials,including cinder,mud rock ceramicite with size of 3 ~ 5 mm and 5 ~ 8 mm,bamboo charcoal with size of 3 ~ 5 mm and 5 ~ 8 mm and fly ash were compared for PRB reactive media testing to treat simulate acid mine wastewater.According to the designed PRB reactor,by testing the pH,COD and sulfate of acid mine wastewater,the laboratory simulation was studied for the acid mine water treatment.The durability of the Response Materials was first researched.Study shows that the reaction time of 160 hours at room temperature.Fly ash for pH still has better regulation.The COD and sulfate removal efficiency can reach more than 50%,and bamboo charcoal has good effect to eliminate the sulphate ions up to six days.Cinder' s processing capacity is relatively poor,basically no response in 12 hours.
