摘　　要：通过连接体结构特点分析,介绍了各种成形工艺及特点,提出了采用旋压工艺成形该制件,介绍了旋压缩口夹具及旋轮的设计,给出了旋压工艺参数,实现了连接体制件的旋压成形。By connecting body structure characteristic analysis, this paper introduces the various forming process and characteristics, proposed USES the spinning-pressing forming process the parts, this paper introduces the screw compressed mouth clamp and the design of the wheel, spinning-pressing process parameters is given, and the connection body system of spinning-pressing forming is realized.
