摘　　要：在分析《塑料成型工艺与模具设计》课程传统教学中存在的问题的基础上,以学生为主体,借鉴行动导向教学理念,根据岗位能力及模具设计实际工作流程重新组织课程教学过程。突出CAD/CAM技术的应用,从课程整合、教学方法与手段、考核方式等方面进行改革与探索,以培养综合素质良好、职业岗位能力强、具有创新意识的高技能应用型模具人才。Based on the analysis of existing problems in the injection mold course, learned from the student-centered and action-oriented teaching philosophy, author reorganizes the teaching process of the injection mold course according to the post ability and mold design process. Some exploration which give prominence to the application of CAD/CAM, has been carried out on the teaching reform, especially in the aspects of curriculum integration, teaching methods, examination forms. Such reform would help develop high-level technical professionals with overall qualities ,good occupation ability and strong creative consciousness.
