摘　　要：公益性图书馆完善服务职能、提高服务质量,不仅要进行准确定位,善待每位读者,准确把握服务导向,丰富服务内容,充分利用网络信息资源,提供专业的主题服务和更为人性化的服务,也要争取地方政府的支持,积极进行数字化建设。To perfect the service function of public library and improve the quality of service, it always inclines to locate accurately, treat every reader kindly, master the service orientation accurately, enrich service content, make good use of network information resource, offer professional subject service and more humanistic service, seek the support of local government and execute digital construction positively.
