伊曲康唑注射液对小鼠的亚慢性毒性研究

摘　　要：80只小鼠随机分为4组,采用背部皮下给药法,给药剂量分别为30mg/kg·d,60mg/kg·d和90mg/kg·d,按0.01mL/g体重连续给药一个月,对照组给予生理盐水。记录体重变化,检测血液生化指标,制作肝肾组织切片。结果表明,在高剂量组中,小鼠在第28天称重时,平均体重最轻,与其他3组比较,差异显著(P<0.05),GPT出现升高,部分小鼠的肝脏出现变性,甚至坏死,其他各组未见异常变化。Eighty Mice were randomly divided into4 groups, the mice were injected subcutaneously with 30 mg· kg^-1· d^-1,60 mg· kg^-1 · d 1 and 90 mg· kg^-1· d^-1 in the napes and backs, continuously for one month at the dose of 0.01mL · g^-1, control group received normal saline. Weights were recorded, blood biochemical indicators were examined and the tissue section of liver and kidney were prepared. The result indicated that the average weight was the lightest at 28d, compared to the other three groups, the difference was significant（P^0.05）and the GPT appeared higher, some micers livers had degeneration, e- ven necrosis in the high close group. Other groups had no abnormal change.
