芴溶液标准样品的研究

摘　　要：介绍了V(甲醇)∶V(二氯甲烷)=1∶1溶剂中芴溶液标准样品的研制方法。芴溶液标准样品采用称量法制备,气相色谱质谱串联仪对标准样品进行均匀性和稳定性检验,以配制值为标准值,并评定其不确定度。结果表明,V(甲醇)∶V(二氯甲烷)=1∶1溶剂中芴溶液标准样品均匀性良好,在15个月内质量稳定,可用于环境监测分析。Fluorene belongs to persistent organic pollutants,is one of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs）. The prepa-ration process of certified reference material of fluorene in methanol and methylene chloride （ V： V, 1 ： 1 ） is described. The determination of characteristic parameter, preparation methods, testing of homogeneity and stability, certification of the certified reference materials are invesitigated. The results showed that the certified reference materials are homogeneity, stable for 15 months and can be used to in the environmental monitoring.
