摘 要:对目前新能源汽车电驱动系统失效的电安全问题、转矩安全问题及企业与研究人员提出的相应解决方案进行了简单分析与阐述。提出一种以可控磁通永磁同步电动机为核心的电安全问题及转矩安全问题的解决方案,利用仿真软件建立可控磁通永磁同步电动机的有限元模型及电机控制模型,对电机的驱动性能及失效状态安全性能进行了仿真分析,对电机驱动状态与失磁状态之间的状态转换进行了仿真分析。仿真分析表明了方案的有效性。The potential issues of electrical safety and torque safety in new clear vehicles were analyzed,the various solutions proposed by domestic and foreign scholars and corporations were described,and a solution with controllable-flux permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as the e-drive motors was proposed.A simulation software was used to establish the finite element model of controllable-flux PMSM and the control model,then the simulation with the motor drive performance in drive mode and safety performance in the failure mode was done.The state transitions between motor's drive mode and motor's failure mode were analyzed.The results show an effective solution.
