摘　　要：民办高等教育结构是民办高等教育系统内各组成部分之间的联系方式和比例关系,是一个多维度、多层次的复杂综合结构,是民办高等教育宏观结构的一种表现形式。民办高等教育结构的合理与否直接关系到教育资源利用率和教育功能的发挥。文章将河南民办高等教育结构作为研究案例,关注河南省民办高校在不同地域、层次和科类中的分布状态以及存在的问题。本着全面发展、重心有异的原则,从布局结构、层次结构和科类结构等层面,对河南民办高等教育结构的全面优化提出探索性的战略构想。Non-governmental higher education structure is the connection method and ratio relationship between the various com- ponents in the system. It is a multi-dimensional, muhi-level complex integrated structure, and is an expression of the macro- structure of non-governmental higher education. Whether the structure of the non-governmental higher education is reasonable or not directly relates to the role of education resource utilization rate and the education function. In this paper, the structure of non- governmental higher education in Henan is used as a case study, and it pays attention to the distribution state of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in Henan Province in different regions, levels, and subjects, and their existing problems. Based on the principle of overall development and different focuses, it proposes the exploratory strategic vision to fully optimize the non- governmental higher education in Henan from the layout structure, hierarchy and discipline structure and other aspects of the structure.
