煤炭产业聚集度与可持续发展的协同关系研究

摘　　要：文章在对煤炭产业聚集度概念理解的基础上,结合煤炭产业实际,以"波特模型"为参照,建立了煤炭产业聚集度的评价指标体系和煤炭产业可持续发展评价指标体系。运用系统动力学和模糊数学的原理构建了协调发展模型,并以山西省为例,对2001-2011年的数据进行分析,得到山西煤炭产业聚集度与煤炭产业可持续发展的协调发展度。发现2001-2011年产业聚集度与煤炭产业可持续发展之间的协调度在逐步提高;在2001-2004年间,产业聚集度与煤炭产业可持续发展水平处于较低层次,二者的关系很不协调,且产业聚集度相对滞后;2005-2011年产业聚集度与煤炭产业可持续发展处于基本协调发展状态。Based on the conceptional understanding of the coal industrial aggregation, in combination with the coal industrial practices, with the ＂ Porter Model＂ as the references, an evaluation index system of the coal industrial aggregation and an evaluation index system of the coal industrial sustainable development were established. The principles of the systematic dynamics and fuzzy mathematics were applied to establish the coordinative development model. And taking Sharrxi Province as an example, an analysis was conducted on the data from 2001 to 2011 and the coordinative development degree between the Shanxi coal industrial aggregation and the coal industrial sustainable development was obtained. It was found that the coordinative degree between the industrial aggregation from 2001 to 2011 and the coal industrial sustainable development was steadily improved. During the years from 2001 to 2004, the industrial aggregation degree and the coal industrial sustainable development level was in a low level, the relationship between the two was not coordinated and the industrial aggregation was relative delay. The industrial aggregation and the coal industrial sustainable development from the 2005 to 2011 were in the basic coordinative development status.
