海外创新型城市构建中的治理转型及对我国的启示

摘　　要：在分析创新型城市特征基础上,结合海外各创新型城市治理转型实践情况,分析并评价了治理转型的整体趋势。当前海外创新型城市在政府治理上已呈现出构建制度软环境、诱致新消费需求、扶持新技术转化等趋势,在我国创新型城市创建中应充分汲取并借鉴国际经验,在扶持重点、治理方式、服务形式等治理手段方面有所创新。Based on the review of the management of global creative city, analyzed the experience of the management transformation of the trend in the paper, and points out that the global creative urban management has presented big transformation trend such as the perfect institutional environment, create consumption demand, support technology trans-formation, and then expounded the transformation of governance in Chinese creative urban governance.
