摘　　要：通过对海底观测平台的总体分析,研究了平台的供电、传输和时间同步等分系统的具体应用技术。针对不同分系统的技术现状,从平台的功能性、经济性、可靠性及可拓展性出发,对各分系统进行了设计,并提出了可行性方案。通过整体设计,使海底观测平台结构清晰、简单可靠。Through the overall analysis of seafloor observation platform, the paper research the specific appli cation technology of power feeding, data transmission and time synchronization subsystem of the platform. In view of the different subsystem technology status quo, corresponding design has been given and several feasi ble schemes have been proposed by considering functionality, economy, reliability and expansibility of the plat form. Through the work above, the platform which is simple and reliable has a clear structure and easy to im plement and expand.
