摘 要:采用水杨酸甲醇溶液和醋酸水溶液选择萃取及XRD方法,对昆明水泥厂以磷渣、铜渣和粉煤灰配料生产的硅酸盐水泥熟料进行了矿物组成和铁相化学组成的研究.铁相固溶有少量MgO,SiO2 .以Ca2(AlxFe1 - x)2O5 表示铁相组成,x = 0.56 ~0.58.铁相富铝导致熟料中间相中C3A含量显著减少.根据铁相化学组成的变化对熟料矿物组成计算公式进行了修正.The mineral composition of interstitial phase and chemical composition of ferrite phase in the clinkers which were manufactured by Kunming Cement Plant utilizing phosphorous slag, copper slag and pulverized fly ash simultaneously were studied by means of extraction with salicylic acid methanol and acetic acid aqueous solution and XRD. x is 0.56~0.58 in the formula Ca 2(Al x Fe 1- x ) 2O 5 where some of Fe 3+ is replaced by Mg 2+ and Si 4+ . Ferrite phase rich in Al 2O 3 results in remarkable decrease in C 3A content. The formula for calculating the clinker mineral composition was amended according to the variation in the ferrite chemical composition.
