摘　　要：农村群体冲突中的集体维权行动有合宪的成份,它对于暴露问题、解决问题具有不可替代的作用;正确地解决农村群体冲突,就要使群体行动法治化,组织化、和平化,改和平集会的核准制为备案制,严格限定群体行动的时间、地点、人数及活动范围;充足的政治、军事、社会资源保证不会出现乱象;中国明代的苏州民变与美国的占领华尔街运动给我们提供了启示。The group assertion of rights is in conformity with the Constitution, plays an irreplaceable role in revealing and solving social problems. To solve group conflicts in rural areas, some measures should be taken so that the group actions can be kept in line with legalization, organization and peaceful movement. It is also necessary to change the approval system to register system for peace gatherings. The civil commotion in Suzhou in the ancient Ming times and the recent occupation movement of Wall Street have offered some enlightened lessons
