取嚏法在急病救治中的应用

摘　　要：文章在大量搜集古代相关文献的基础上,采用归纳分析的方法,从喷嚏的形成过程、取嚏法的历史渊源、作用机制、使用方法、常用药物、注意事项等6个方面探讨了中医取嚏法在急病救治中鲜明的特色和独特的优势,同时也指出传统取嚏法所用之药物剂型单一、操作方法原始等诸多不足限制了这一疗法的拓展应用,正反两方面的分析明确了取嚏法的发展方向,即改进取嚏法的传统剂型、换以更为科学的给药方式,也许是当前人们亟待解决的问题。On the basis of lots of ancient records, the article made an analysis on the sneezing therapy from the perspective of its source, mechanism, application, commonly used herbs, and caution. With this complete analysis, the author clarified the advantages and characteristics of sneezing therapy in acute disease. Meanwhile, it also presented the limits of the traditional sneezing therapy including its single dosage form, primitive method of administration. Through the analysis which contains both positive and negative aspects, it is clear that only by improving dosage form and method of administration can the sneezing therapy find its development.
