摘　　要：膏方,又称"膏滋"、"煎膏",是中药传统剂型之一,堪称中医药之瑰宝,集君臣佐使、理法方药之大成。膏有荤素,人有百态,王老以其四十六载行医经验,结合气化理论、气血理论、命门学说、治虚三本论,总结、归纳了素膏"四调法",即"清调"、"平调"、"和调"、"养调"四法,辨体是基础,辨证是关键,辨病是关节,以宗《黄帝内经》"谨守病机"、"谨察阴阳所在而调之,以平为期"之旨,助其生化,复其平衡。The herbal paste also known as ＇Gaozi＇, ＇Decoction＇, is one of the traditional formulae of Chinese native medicine. It serves as the gem of traditional Chinese medicine and epitomizes all kinds of principle, prescription and decoction. Paste with meat or herb is like people with all kinds of vicissitudes. WANG Hui, with his forty-six-year medical practice, combines the theory of gasification, theory of qi and blood, theory of Mingmen （Life-Gate）, theory of treatment deficiency for permanent solutions and summarizes four treatment methods on herbal paste as ＇adjusting＇, ＇neutralization＇, ＇harmony＇ and ＇maintenance＇. So, identify physique is the foundation, differentiation of disease is the key and syndrome differentiation is the joint. He pops Huangdi Neijing decree ＇held to pathogenesis＇, ＇observe transformation of the yin and yang, make it balance＇. Now it is presented below for your reference.
