论六味地黄丸在高血压病治疗中的运用

摘　　要：肾虚是现今高血压病病机关键,临床采用补肾治则治法治疗高血压病具有一定疗效。六味地黄丸是补肾名方,亦是治疗高血压病的常用经典方剂。研究发现,该方具有明显的降压作用,可逆转高血压危险因素,保护靶器官。其方证特征为:头晕头痛,腰及下肢酸软无力,或下肢轻度水肿,小便不利,大便或溏或秘,舌红少苔,脉细数等。常用于"羸弱"体质的患者。临床上以本方为基本方治疗高血压病效如桴鼓。Kidney defciency is the key pathology of hypertension currently. It is demonstrated that hypertension could be treated by the therapeutic principle of tonifying kidney. Liuwei Dihuang Wan （LWDHW）, a traditional Chinese patent medicine containing six commonly used herbs is widely used to treat hypertension-related signs and symptoms in clinical practice for centuries in China. Recent researches showed that LWDHW could lower blood pressure, reverse the risk factors, and protect target organs. The characteristic of formula syndrome include dizziness, headache, lumbar heaviness, heaviness in lower extremity, edema, dysuria, constipation, or loose stool, red tongue less moss, pulse count. The identical characteristics of constitution are found among the patients treated by the decoction, which can be called ＇frail man＇. LEDHW can be used as a basic prescription to treat hypertension, which has significantly antihypertensive effect.
