摘　　要：目的:分析后高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)时代中医药防治艾滋病研究的定位,为相关研究提供参考。方法:归纳后HAART时代的特征,明确中医药防治艾滋病研究的背景,厘清中医药防治艾滋病研究在后HAART时代的定位。结果:后HAART时代西医治疗艾滋病取得了巨大进步,也面临许多问题,中医药审时度势,需要明确临床定位,即中医药抗人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的研究、中医药改善艾滋病相关症状体征、治疗机会性感染、肿瘤的研究和以提高免疫功能、延缓发病进程、对抗病毒治疗的增效(提高抗HIV药物疗效)和/或减毒(减少抗HIV治疗药物的毒副作用)的辅助用药研究。结论:中医药防治艾滋病的研究需要知晓背景、明确目标、准确定位。Objective： To analyze the orientation of study on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） anti-acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS） at post highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） era, providing reference on relevant studies. Methods： The characters of post-HAART era were analyzed as background of study on TCM anti-AIDS, and orientation of study on TCM anti-AIDS at post-HAART era were clarified. Results： Great progress had been made on study of western medicine anti-AIDS at post-HAART era with a lot of challenges. So studies of TCM on AIDS must be located clearly. There were three orientations of TCM on AIDS, including studies of drugs anti-HIV, studies of improving symptoms or signs of HIV/AIDS, treatment of opportunistic infections, or studies on tumors, studies on improving the immune function, delay the onset process, improving efficiency decreasing toxicity of HAART. Conclusion： Studies of TCM anti-AIDS at post-HAART era needs to know the background, clear the target, and exact the orientation.
