摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定蛇床子素微乳中蛇床子素含量的方法,为蛇床子素微乳的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-水(70∶30),检测波长322nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。结果:蛇床子素在0.096-0.480mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.64%,RSD为1.65%。结论:HPLC测定蛇床子素微乳中蛇床子素含量的方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于蛇床子素微乳的质量控制。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of Osthole in Osthole microemulsion, and to provide some basis for the quality control of Osthole microemulsion. Methods: HPLC method was used with Diamonsil Ca8 column (4.6mm×150mm, 5μ m) and methanol-water (70:30) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0mL/min,with the detection wavelength of 322nm and the column temperature of 30℃. Results: This method had good linearity in the range of 0.096-0.480 mg/mL (r=0.9999), and the average recovery was 100.64% with RSD of 1.65% (n=5). Conclusion: The method of determination of the Osthole content in Osthole microemulsion by HPLC was established, which was simple, sensitive, reliable and practicable for the quality control of Osthole microemulsion.
