指纹图谱用于左金胃漂浮缓释片多组分体外释放的研究

摘　　要：目的:对左金胃漂浮缓释片中多组分的释放行为进行研究。方法:采用HPLC指纹图谱建立各个时间点及全溶样品的图谱,计算体外累积释放度,采用相似因子法评价指标成分之间及指标成分与制剂之间的释放行为。结果:小檗碱与吴茱萸内酯、吴茱萸次碱的相似因子分别为35、37,与制剂的相似因子为57,吴茱萸内酯与吴茱萸次碱的相似因子为58,与制剂的相似因子分别为43、46。结论:小檗碱的释放行为与制剂相似,而与吴茱萸内酯及吴茱萸次碱不一致。吴茱萸内酯与吴茱萸次碱的释放行为相似,但与小檗碱及制剂的释放行为不一致。Objective： To study the releasing rule in vitro multicomponent of the Zuojin gastric floating sustained-release tablet. Methods： Established HPLC Fingerprints of each time and the samples completely dissolved, and calculated the release rates of them in vitro. Evaluated the release behavior of the index components and preparation, and among the index components by f2 method. Results： The f2 of berberine and evodine, berberine and rutaecarpine were 35, 37. The f2 of berberine and preparation were 57. The f2 of evodine and rutaecarpine was 58. The f2 of evodine and preparation, rutaecarpine and preparation were 43, 46. Conclusion： The release behavior of berberine was similar to preparation, but not similar to evodine and rutaecarpine. The release behavior of evodine was similar to rutaecarpine, but it was not similar to berberine and preparation.
