无症状期艾滋病患者中医体质分类研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究拟通过对无症状期艾滋病患者的体质分类,为中医药临床救治提供相应的研究依据。方法:采用现状调查的方法,根据患者回答情况,如实填写《中医体质分类与判定表》,依标准判定体质类型。结果:326例中单一型体质237例占72.70%,2种复合型体质65例占19.94%,3种及以上复合型体质24例占7.36%。结论:中医药参与艾滋病无症状期患者的临床救治,应当辨证论治和辨体论治相结合,以提供个体化的诊疗措施。Objective： To provide the foundation for clinical treatment with TCM, through classifying the constitution of TCM of the asymptomatic AIDS. Methods： Adopt the investigations on the current status, fill in classification and decision tables of TCM constitution truly and correctly according to the situation of patient, determining constitutional types with standard. Results： Unitary type 237 cases accounts for 72.70%, 2 kinds complex type 65 cases accounts for 19.94%, 3 and more than 3 kinds complex type 24 cases accounts for 7.36%. Conclusion： Clinical treatment with TCM on the asymptomatic AIDS should combine treatment with syndrome differentiation and treatment with constitution differentiation, furnish individualized diagnostics and treatment measures.
