针刺神经节、神经孔治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺蝶腭神经节(SPG)及三叉神经各分支神经的神经孔,治疗原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)的有效性和安全性。方法:选择肝阳上亢型PTN患者33例,由体表下关、攒竹、四白、夹承浆穴进针,深刺至SPG、眶上孔、眶下孔、颏孔,远端配穴双侧合谷、太冲穴。电针治疗2个疗程共20次。观察患者疼痛改善情况以及是否出现不良反应。结果:治疗20次后,患者在每日疼痛持续时间、疼痛发作次数及疼痛程度方面与治疗前比较,指标改善有显著性差异(P<0.01)。总有效率为93.7%。未观察到不良反应。结论:电针深刺SPG及相应神经孔治疗PTN疗效显著且安全可靠。Objective： To observe the effectiveness and safety in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia （PTN） by acupuncture on spheno-palatine ganglion （SPG） and nervous foramen of all branches of the trigeminal nerve. Methods： The patients were selected with hyperactivity of the liver-yang primary trigeminal neuralgia （PTN） （n=33）. The points were Xiaguan, Cuanzhu, Sibai, Jiachengjiang with deep-needling to SPG, supraorbital foramen, infraorbital foramen, mental foramen. Remote auxiliary points were double sides of Hegu and Taichong. The treatment with electric needle was 20 times in 2 therapeutic courses. The effectiveness and adverse reactions of patients were observed. Results： After 20 times, the improvement （WAS evaluation） of all indexes duration of pain, frequency of pain, intensity of pain had statistical difference （P〈0.01） compared with those before treatment. The total effective rate was 93.7%, and no adverse reactions happened. Conclusion： The therapy of PTN with deep electric needle on SPG had obvious curative effect, safety and reliability.
