摘　　要：北京地铁复八线八王坟车辆段顶部平台上建造住宅区 ,介绍超长大面积大荷载预应力平台结构在抵抗混凝土收缩、温度应力作用下开裂的设计方法及施工中采取的相应技术措施。A residential district was built on the top flat form of Bawangfen vehicle workshop of Beijing Subway Fuxingmen Bawangfen Line. In this article, authors introduce the design method of over length and over area and large load prestressed platform structure to offset the influence of concrete shrinkage and temperature stress. Some relevant techniques adopted in construction were also introduced in this article.
