摘 要:以滇池流域为例,根据调查及实测的水文气象、社会经济资料,基于水量平衡方程还原计算滇池流域多年平均水资源量,进而采用水资源负载指数和承载指数评价了滇池流域水资源的开发利用潜力及承载力。结果表明,滇池流域多年平均净水资源总量为5.56×108 m3;水资源负载指数为92.6,属于Ⅰ级水平,水资源利用程度很高,但开发潜力很小;水资源承载指数为2.15,人口超载率为115.2%,属于水资源过载。因此,应考虑采用工程与非工程措施相结合的方式来解决滇池流域水资源供需矛盾。Taking Dianchi basin as a study case, according to survey and measured information of hydrometeorology and social economy, the annual average amount of water resources is calculated based on water balance equation. Moreo ver, the load index and carrying index are applied to evaluate the utilization potential and carrying capacity of water re- sources in Dianchi basin. The results show that the annual average amount of water resources in Dianchi basin is 5.56×10^8m3; the load index is 92.6 and belongs to I level, which indicates that the utilization degree of water resource is high while its development potential is low; the carrying index is 2.15 and the overloading rate of population is 115.2%, which indicates that water resources in Dianchi basin is overloading. Accordingly, the engineering measures combined with non- engineering measures should be taken to solve the unbalance between supply and demand of water resources in Dianchi basin.
