精索静脉曲张对青春期大鼠睾丸超微结构和精液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究精索静脉曲张对青春期大鼠睾丸超微结构和精液质量的影响。方法将雄性大鼠40只,随机分为精索静脉曲张组(实验组,n=20只)和假手术组(对照组,n=20只),按Turner法建立大鼠精索静脉曲张模型,术后第12周将两组大鼠处死,分别摘取两组动物左侧睾丸,在透射电镜下观察睾丸超微结构,应用计算机辅助精液分析系统检测精液质量。结果实验组精子活率(MOT)、前向性(STR)值降低,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组精子密度(ρ)、直线运动精子密度、直线运动精子活率、路径速度(VAP)、a级快速前向运动、b级快速前向运动、曲线速度(VCL)、直线速度(VSL)以及侧摆幅度(ALH)值明显降低,而畸形率显著增加,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);实验组与对照组相比精子平均移动角度(MAD)、线性度(LIN)、摆动性(WPB)、鞭打频率(BCF)无明显变化,两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论精索静脉曲张可导致大鼠睾丸超微结构损害和精液质量下降。[ Objective ] To investigate the impact of Varicoccle on the uhrastructure of adolescent rat testis and semen quality. [ Methods ] 40 Male rats were randomly divided into Varicocele group （experimental group, n =20） and sham operation group （control group, n =20）. Varicocele rat model was established by Turner method. The rats were sacrificed 12 weeks after operation, cut off the left testicle of the rats and observing the uhrastructure of the testis using transimission electron microscopy, and detecting the semen quality by computer-assisted semen analysis system. [ Results ] The sperm motility （MOT） and isotropic （STR） values were decreased in experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group （P 〈0.05）. The sperm density （p）, sperm density of linear motion, linear motion of sperm motility, path velocity （VAP）, a level fast forward movement, b-class fast-forwarded to the movement, curve speed （VCL）, straight line velocity （VSL） side of the pendulum amplitude（ALH） was significantly decreased in experimental group, while the malformation rate was significantly increased, the differences compared with the control group were statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. The sperm moving average angle （MAD）, linearity （LIN）, swing （of WPB）, whipping frequency （BCF） were similar in the experimental group with con- trol group, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Varic- ocele can damage the uhrastructure of rat testis and semen quality.
