摘 要:考察了碱减量处理前后涤纶织物经原位聚合法制备聚吡咯导电织物的制备条件及性能。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光谱等测试手段分析了制得复合织物的表面形貌、组织结构和元素原子数分数,确定聚吡咯的存在,并分析了碱减量处理、掺杂剂以及氧化剂等因素对织物导电性能的影响。结果表明,通过对织物进行碱减量处理以及控制反应中掺杂剂、氧化剂的浓度等条件,可以制备具有良好导电性能的聚吡咯导电涤纶织物,并且导电织物的耐洗稳定性良好。The paper discussed the preparation conditions and properties of the conductive polypyrrole polyester fabrics prepared by in-situ polymerization using polyesters before and after weight reduction, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy, FTIR spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to analyze the surface morphology, structure, and element content of the atomic number fraction, and the presence of polypyrrole was confirmed. The influence of alkali weight reduction treatment, dopant and oxidant on the conductivity of the fabric were investigated. The results showed that the conductive polypyrrole polyester fabric with good conductivity can be prepared through alkali weight reduction treatment of the polyester fabric and proper control of the concentrations of the dopant and oxidant during the treatment. Moreover, the prepared conductive fabric had good washability.
